Let Me Go

The Verge - Let me go

Our debut song “Let Me Go” has a quite interesting background story, that can be read in this blogpost. Lyrically, “Let Me Go” deals with a toxic relationship and lots of regrets. The cover illustration shows a broken hotel room describing the final showdown of that song. It is part of our album “Something you did not know”.

I should have left you
long before you became dissatisfied
You don’t have let me go
but you’ve count the tears that I have cried

I should have left you
after you have hurt my self-confidence
I thought I’d be strong enough
to stop being your sacrifice

Nothing changes at all
we climb and we fall
on dirty walls of desires

Even no one’s call
prevent from my fall
I’m missing someone out there

And in my bedroom
Everything reminds me of our dreadful time
I watch our love dying
reminding me on our last goodbye

I fear myself now
Like I fear to have a desperate fight
You don’t have let me go
But you still count the tears that I have cried

Nothing changes at all
we climb and we fall
on dirty walls of desires

Even no ones call
prevent from my fall
I’m missing someone out there

Light me up again
don’t you see you’re withholding me seriously
Can’t get outta here
please stop hurting me immediately

Drop me out of here,
don’t you see I’m an impendiment
on your way

Let me go,
let me go and I’ll fade away
