Lemonbrew did it again! He pushed the trance classic “Frozen” into a completely different direction. I embrace this stylistic change a lot, as it underlines the vocals and lyrics both. Are you curious? Read more. Some months ago, Lemonbrew did some crazy good remixes for “Angel In Jeans”, “Deep Heart” and “Liminal Spaces”. Being a very reliable producer to work with, I was very happy to have received another request. This time for “Frozen”, a classic trance song from 2005. When I listened to his remix, I was floored, because it is so different from the original. Instead of going down the electro or pop route, this multi-genre producer decided to change the chords and place the vocals into a hard rock backing track. I highly encourage you to listen to his version, and mine right after. Such a different vibe! His remix is exclusively available on my YouTube channel, because he doesn’t have one (yet). Your heaviest Halloween remix!

Happy Halloween!As some of you may know, I made it a tradition to upload a brand-new song or remix on Halloween. I’m a big fan of the spooky season, so let’s get started with Der Makrophag’s Remix on “All Hallow’s Eve”. Many months ago, Der Makrophag asked me for another song to remix. He picked “All Hallow’s Eve”, a classic from 2021, that really fits into the mood of Halloween. The original version is dark, spooky and cinematic. I am very happy that his remix also takes up this vibe, but also transforms it into a very own combination of hard electronic music. All Hallow’s Eve (Der Makrophag Remix) feels like taking a drive on a spooky roller coaster at might night and crashing a party. Please take a listen if you cannot imagine how I mean it. Two remix compilations for the 20th anniversary!

Today, I’m celebrating my 20th anniversary of music production with two remix albums on Bandcamp. 30 producers from all around the world remixed 30 songs from my discography. Please take a listen! As you may know, I’m a big fan of the remix culture. I love listening to songs and their remixes because I’m very curious about how other musicians understand them. I did many remixes for others, and I also receive many remix requests. This made me consider celebrating my 20th anniversary with a remix compilation instead of a best of album. Given a few restrictions, remixers were allowed to pick their own song and style. I just had to make sure that the original bands gave their consent and that all albums are evenly distributed. Another goal was to get all people into the boat, who supported me for 20 years, so I also added some older remixes. Now we have two albums with a total playing time of 2.5 hours. You can download the albums exclusively on Bandcamp. A few remixers will promote their remixes to their fans and other portals, but my Bandcamp site is the only place where you can get ALL in the best quality, with a booklet and information. The album will be available for free-pay-as-you like. We are always happy for tips and reviews. Angel In Jeans (Naviára Remix)

My 20th anniversary remix album will drop in a week. You can listen to the Naviára remix of “Angel In Jeans” on Bandcamp and YouTube now. The lyrics of “Angel In Jeans” are about every day heroes who contribute something great to the society. The original song has been recorded with Caitlin Sigler and Garrett Kirby and is part of my album “Going My Way”. Now, Naviára turned this song into a dance pop / slap house version. You can listen to the song on YouTube since Friday. Thanks a lot to all people who have been involved in the project. Please check out my two remix albums on Bandcamp, if you enjoy the music. Like A Dream (CYBTRAXX Remix)

The promotion for my 20th anniversary remix album has begun! We start with CYBTRAXX’ remix on “Like A Dream”, which is a very exclusive and intensive piece of art. “Like A Dream” has been one of my first electronic music productions. Max and Ramona approached me to write a song around lyrics and vocals. My original version is quite minimalistic, somewhere in between a acid techno rave and positive emotions. CYBTRAXX turned my song into a dark and mysterious song, highlighting the thoughts in the lyrics, that are about a woman falling for another. This story is also reflected in the video: Thanks a lot for remixing this song, and for being part of my 20th anniversary remix album, that will be available on Bandcamp, May 31.
